A Midwinter Night's Carol, directed by Norm Sham* closed on December 8th, 2025 at Desiderio's Dinner Theatre at Bobby J's with a sold out show!

As the Sound Designer for A Midwinter Night's Carol my responsibilities included:

• Finding playback cues for bells, chains, etc. and programming them into QLab with complex fading and editing for an event of this size

• Recording vocal effects and pre-show announcements

• Splicing old sound recordings to make them fit into the premise of this performance using Adobe Audition and Premiere Pro

As the A1:

• Setting up/ tearing down PA system, Behringer X18, setting frequencies for wireless microphones, and adding fill speakers for piano accompaniment

• Mixing the musical performance in a small densely packed space
