Shakespeare in Delaware Park

The Taming of the Shrew is an early Shakespearean comedy about the courtship of the strong-willed Katherine by the fortune-hunting Petruchio, set in Padua, Italy, and framed by a play-within-a-play involving a drunken tinker, Christopher Sly, who is tricked into believing he's a lord.

The Taming of the Shrew opens on the Saul Elkin Stage at Shakespeare in Delaware Park on July 23rd and runs Tuesdays-Sundays until August 16th.
