Danceability, inc is a non-for-profit dance organization for children and adults with disabilities. All Ages and Stages closed on May 11th, 2024 at Amherst High School Auditorium.

As the Lighting Designer for All Ages and Stages my responsibilities included:

• Writing cues using an out-of-date console with an extremely unorganized plot of fixtures

• Quickly adjusting cues to aid in performers' comfort as some are sensitive to light.

• Communicating new looks with the director for approval (in case they may be harmful to the performers)

As the Technical Supervisor:

• Communicating arrival times, positions, and general information to crew members

• Instructing the live sound reinforcement technician on how to operate the console

• Supervising all aspects of lighting and sound to maintain a high level of quality.
